Good luck to Bryan with “Memphis” and his solo work. Coincidentally my childhood friend Hershel Yatovitz the guitarist just got back from recording with Chris Isaak in Sun Studios in Memphis with Cowboy Jack Clement and here in Hershel and my hometown Palo Alto it was regional theatre company Theatreworks that workshopped “Memphis” in 2002 and debuted it in 2004, before it went on to Broadway and now Hartford. Small world.

I was Stew’s manager when he started working on “Passing Strange”. Stew whose partner Heidi was once booked by Bruce Solar, whose assistant Ronnie also books and went to school with Emily Greene, who is. like Bryan a Lilygolightly client. How’s that for six degrees of separation!!
